Very very bad pizza, I had very huger but I couldn't eat anymore because it was very bad and salty! i would cook 10 times better at home than this pizza! I don't know what is that this is not a pizza! i feel sick now! and tomorrow is weeping. and (lassi) homemade in a juice bottle ewwwee is incredible.

I am more and more excited. The deliveries were always made with friendly and cheerful people. The pizza was at a comfortable temperature and requests were also met. Even if you wish to cut the pizza into 7 pieces. My new local shop.

I can only advise against ordering from this delivery service to anyone who is hungry. The gentlemen don't understand anything about cooking! We ordered 4 meals yesterday and none of the meals could be consumed. The food oozed oil, the gyros was so greasy and dry that you got nausea if you partially consumed it, the nan bread was so saturated with oil that it was an insult to the bread. Customer friendliness 0! Complaints were not of interest because it couldn't be that you could have got such food. The boss is always out and the poor employee couldn't help it. We therefore wrote a complaint email to Lieferando with the request to remove this company from their customer base and sent an email to the responsible authority in Augsburg with pictures of the delicious meals with the request to turn the company inside out. That’s the last thing!

We have been here for a long time and have always been satisfied. What went wrong today - I have no idea. Pizzas were good, but quite dark. Not burned, however! But the Gnocchi 4 Formaggi were really a joke. Apart from instant sauce powder, you couldn't taste anything, and it wasn't even completely dissolved. I hope it was a slip up, otherwise we will order elsewhere in the future.

To be honest, I've never seen anything like that outrageous. We have been ordering for more than 10 years - an average of 2-3 times a week from various suppliers. Here is an outrageous lie that you would have rung the doorbell, although this did not happen. Apart from the fact that we have a digital doorbell where you can see whether it is ringing or not - there are also 2 neutral witnesses in the house who also say no one has rung ... here you could still say - ok, wrong bell caught - if you but then calls and asks you are shouted at (!!!) why you don't open, threatened that you don't deliver at all and that this would now give additional costs. Mind you that my wife called first and then I tried again to make a friendly phone call afterwards to arbitrate. But since there was then also screaming within 2-3 sentences .... Soorrrry that sometimes doesn't work - get back to the ground, always stay nice in the service industry ... Usually a clear no-go = 1 out of 5 stars. But I still give it a 2nd star, because the boss later called personally and apologized for his colleague (s) ...

Very bad quality, delivery arrived with burnt pizza and salt too and pasta Bolognese tasted a disaster ....

I ordered a pasta plate, it was enough for three people, but it was extremely spicy (not necessarily salted, it tasted more like grained broth). And I'm someone who saltes and spices his food extremely, but that was far too much. Will place an order again, maybe it was just a bad day, but if it is, I would rather order somewhere else.

Friendly staff but the pizza was totally burned and very, very dry! We had jaw pain from chewing because of that! For 50 € for 2 party pizzas, I don't expect at least no burnt pizza! My birthday was ruined by the fact that all my guests had to eat burnt pizza!

We actually ordered here for years and were always satisfied. After today, however, we will look for a new delivery service. The salads were more than unloving. The ham didn't even make it under the knife, but was somehow shredded. The salmon noodles were good except for the sparingly used salmon (four pieces in the whole portion). The chili con carne has always been very tasty. But apparently there is a new cook who has his own interpretation. Take a Bolognese, throw in the corn and beans, put some cream on top and you have a "Chili con Carne". Unfortunately, it just doesn't taste good.

Food is an absolute disaster: the dish floats in sauce that is cheaply prepared and the fried noodles were dust-dry and drowned in soy. An insolence and no food!

Very bad really ... The order takes almost 2 hours.

Delivery date was agreed on 12:45. Driver did not find the address. Even after the third call not where the driver has become even naughty (Hammerschmiede). After about 1 hour delay order canceled.

After 2.5 hours waiting time came the ordered food. Telephone service absolute disaster and unfriendly. The driver did not find the address and accordingly the food was lukewarm. So far, we have been customers who have ordered more often. That will not happen in the future

The only good thing was the delivery time! Pizza dough was black on the outside and as good as raw on the inside! Baguette was also very dark you almost want to say burned! We have ordered more often at Da Laura and were actually happy too, but for some time now things are going awry! So it was the last time we ordered there ...
